Speaking of Cleaning…It’s Time To Clean Up Our Borders

A news article posted at azcentral.com (Criticism frustrates backers of Ariz. immigration law), talks about the inner battle in Arizona between the legal citizens and the illegals and their supporters.  I am astounded at how anyone in this country could have a problem with cracking down on illegal immigrants.  How about this – I’ll get a truck load of my friends together and we’ll just move into your house without your permission.  We’re going to eat your food, drink your sodas, use your water, dump our trash on your floors and not contribute a dime to your cost of “hosting” us against your will.  And, if you dare complain, we’re going to intimidate you and call you racist and other names because you’re obviously biased against us for any reason other than the fact we illegally invaded your home.

So, someone really has a problem with cracking down on this type of behavior that is happening all over this country on a very grand scale?  If you are one of those people, please send me your address so I can be sure you’re added to my list of those whose home my friends will invade.  Bet no one signs up for such an intrusion.

Get real people.  It isn’t about race, religion or anything else.  It is about the billions of dollars TAX-PAYING Americans are shelling out to support the illegal immigrants. 

You want to come to America for a better life?  I say, come on – you are welcome to join this great nation.  Just do it legally and share the burden like the rest of us.  If you’re not willing to respect my country enough to at least to your share, then get out!

10 Months; Zero Complaints

Here are some before and after pics from one of the jobs we completed on 5/24/10 with Berber carpet.  It was pretty dirty when we began and as you can see, the end result is beautiful.  This house is occupied by 3 college students so you know it was challenging but, as usual, our system and processes were up to the challenge.  The mother of one of the students called it “a miracle” and the landlord was absolutely amazed by the results.  This has been a very common reaction since we began operations in July 2009.

 apartment, I knew we had a challenge before us but, as usual, our system and process were up to the challenge.  The entire dining room and living room was covered in black, oily stains (looked like the residents were working on motors in their apartment).  We applied our pre-treatment and went to work with our fabulous rotary system and voila!  Great results once again bringing a carpet from the brink of destruction to like new.

Exceeding Expectations Should Be a Habit

Today I experienced a first in my business.  We were asked to clean the carpets in a house for the buyer.  That is not so unusual but, what was unusual was that the carpet cleaning was required by the appraiser.  The house was a foreclosure and the carpets looked and smelled so bad that the appraiser actually made it a requirement before completing his process. 

The real estate agent called me yesterday needing this done quickly as closing is scheduled for this Friday.  We were happy to be there for our customer on short notice which, is something we do on a regular basis.  Responsiveness is an important part of outstanding customer service.

I am also happy to report that the carpets looked like new when we finished the job.  As with all jobs, we pre-treated all spots/stains, used our high-quality, pre-spotter/high traffic solution and then pre-sprayed with our top-of-the line cleaning solution.  We then rinsed and extracted the solutions with our rotary cleaning system.  The results were fabulous!
